1. Nature of services

Goyam Tarot offers personalised tarot readings and spiritual consultations for entertainment, guidance, and personal reflection purposes only. Our readings are not a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Tarot readings represent one reader's interpretation of the cards and should be treated as guidance rather than definitive fact. Outcomes described during a reading are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session or purchase products.
• By booking, you confirm that you are using our services of your own free will.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Booking and payments

All bookings are currently managed via WhatsApp. Payment is due before the session begins unless otherwise agreed. We accept UPI and bank transfer. Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received. By completing payment, you agree to these terms.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as early as possible.
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

All session content is treated with complete confidentiality. We do not share, record, or disclose the content of your reading to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Products

All product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

7. Limitation of liability

Goyam Tarot shall not be held liable for any decisions made by clients based on a reading or consultation. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual property

All content on goyamtarot.com including text, design, images, and branding is the property of Goyam Tarot. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
